1. Westerville North – Consistency has been key for Westerville North this season, solidifying their spot at number one after a team victory at the Berlin Bear Dash, where they outperformed all other top teams in the region.

2. Dublin Jerome – While Dublin Jerome is the top team on paper following their dominant performance at the Celtic Clash, they take the second spot in our rankings after finishing behind Westerville North at the Berlin Bear Dash.

3. Olentangy Orange – A strong contender in the region, Olentangy Orange holds onto third place after securing a third-place finish at the Berlin Bear Dash.

4. St. Francis DeSales – With early season concerns about depth beyond their top two runners, Charles Rizek and Jacob Reash, DeSales has now addressed this with their fifth man clocking a personal best of 16:22. They’re in prime position for a strong postseason run.

5. Dublin Scioto – Despite extensive travel this season, Dublin Scioto has consistently delivered strong performances when facing regional competition, securing them the fifth spot in our rankings. They are the first team we consider to be on the bubble for state qualification at regionals.

6. Olentangy Liberty – Known for their strength as a pack team, Liberty has maintained this reputation throughout the season. Led by their top runner, Zee Rabi, their next five runners have personal bests ranging from 16:11 to 16:18. They’re one of several teams on the bubble for state qualification in the region.

7. Gahanna Lincoln – Similar to Liberty, Gahanna is led by a standout number one runner and backed by a solid pack, all in the low 16’s. They are also a bubble team in the race for state qualification.

8. Hilliard Darby – Darby rounds out the bubble teams in contention for a state spot this season. On paper, they compare well to Gahanna, though they lack an elite top runner, which could be a deciding factor.

9. Dublin Coffman – After a slow start to the season, Coffman has found their stride, with a standout performance at the Berlin Bear Dash. To secure their chances for state qualification, though, they’ll need greater consistency and depth throughout the lineup.

10. Marysville (Tie) – Marysville has a solid top four, but their depth beyond that slightly limits their overall potential. Like Coffman, their chances of qualifying for states will depend on stronger performances from their back end.

10. Thomas Worthington (Tie) – Sitting just outside the state qualification bubble, Thomas Worthington has the potential to make significant improvements. A solid team performance at Regionals could push them further up the ranks.
