Winner: Brock Jarrett School:  Lancaster Quote:  “I was just trying to get to the front and be leading going into the stadium the first time and just hold onto the main pack as long as I could.” Highlight: J ust a year ago, Lancaster senior Brock Jarrett finished 68th at the state meet with a time of 16:03. Fast forward to this season, and Jarrett placed 8th overall in an impressive 15:28, marking a major leap in his development as a 5K runner. This performance earns him this
